1. Enrollment & Payment Structure
1.1. To reserve a place in the Bootcamp, participants must pay a non-refundable initial deposit of [insert amount].
1.2. Seats are limited, and enrollment is confirmed only after the deposit is paid.
1.3. By paying the initial deposit, the participant agrees to the full tuition and payment plan, which includes the remaining two (2) scheduled payments of [insert amounts and dates].
1.4. Once the deposit is paid, the participant is financially committed to the entire Bootcamp fee.
2. Refunds, Cancellations & Withdrawal Policy
2.1. The initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2. Participants may request a refund for the remaining payments only if the cancellation is submitted at least 10 days before the Bootcamp start date.
2.3. Cancellations requested less than 10 days before the Bootcamp start date, including 1 day before, are not refundable, and the participant remains responsible for the full tuition.
2.4. No cancellations are allowed during the Bootcamp. Once the Bootcamp begins, the participant must complete all remaining payments.
2.5. After completing the Bootcamp, if the participant is not satisfied, they may request a refund only for the remaining payments already made, excluding the deposit, within one (1) week after completion.
2.6. If a participant withdraws, stops attending, or cancels during the Bootcamp, no refund will be issued, and all scheduled payments remain due in full.
3. Course Access & Participation
3.1. Course materials, live sessions, recordings, and digital resources are provided only when payments are made according to the agreed schedule.
3.2. Participants agree to maintain respectful behavior. The organizer may remove a participant for misconduct without refund.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All content, including videos, documents, templates, and slides, remains the property of the organizer.
4.2. Participants may not share, resell, or distribute materials outside the Bootcamp.
5. Limited Seats Policy
5.1. Because seats are limited, enrolling and then cancelling last-minute affects other participants’ ability to join.
5.2. For this reason, strict deadlines for cancellations and refunds apply (see Section 2).
6. Liability
6.1. The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, equipment problems, or scheduling conflicts on the participant’s side.
6.2. The Bootcamp is educational; results such as employment, project success, or output quality are not guaranteed.
7. Privacy
7.1. All personal information is kept confidential and used only for Bootcamp-related communication and administration.
8. Acceptance of Terms
By paying the initial deposit, the participant confirms that they have read, understood, and fully agree to all Terms & Conditions above.
Paying the deposit acts as a binding legal acceptance of the full payment plan and refund/cancellation policy.
