—UNREAL ENGINE SPRINT WEEK
FORTNITE UNREAL SPRINT WEEK

About UEFN Sprint Week
UEFN Sprint Week is a free, one-week online creative bootcamp designed and led by Elena Dimopoulou, the first woman Greek Unreal Authorized Instructor by Epic Games , in collaboration with a global community of creators and educators.
This initiative is built around a simple but powerful belief:
Creative tools should be accessible to everyone — not just those who can afford formal training.
Through the Fortnite + Unreal Engine for Fortnite (UEFN) platform, participants will gain hands-on experience designing their first interactive 3D environment, developing basic game logic, and exploring the power of world-building in one of the most exciting ecosystems in the world today.
Why I Created This
As an educator, artist, and community leader, I’ve worked with students, professionals, and creators from all walks of life. What I’ve seen again and again is this: there is so much untapped talent, especially in underrepresented and beginner communities — people who are hungry to learn but don’t always have access to structured support.
UEFN Sprint Week is my contribution to making digital creativity more accessible. It’s a space where anyone — regardless of age, experience level, or location — can take their first step into game design and creative technology.
I created this program to:
Break down barriers to high-level creative tools
Build an inclusive, supportive learning space
Help participants create real, playable projects
Connect aspiring creators with mentors, instructors, and peers
